Cleopatra from the Crespi Collection

Here we have a larger photo of the Egyptian Queen piece from the Crespi Collection. Guess who it is? What is that she is holding and what is it doing? Her uraeus snake guardian crown has even unwound itself and is staring at her in the face. Father Crespi, called a saint for his work in Ecuador among the Indians, standing with the giant gold guitar piece. The Indians brought him treasures from the cave system under the jungle - most famously Tayos cave. Cleopatra VII Thea Philopator -- Encyclopedia Britannica.
