A French artist who visited the deserts of Mexico and loved Western movies. In Mexico he saw the expansive blue sky of the West in person.
DUNE Emperor - he reminds me of Fellini, Fellini was a fan of Moebius. This character was to be played by Salvador Dali in "Zodorovsky`s DUNE, Mick Jagger had a part in that project as well - it was an impossible cast.
Like Fellini`s clown emperor in "Clowns".
